Pre-Orders
We as Botsmen Zone, allow customers to place a pre-order deposit to reserve an item which is not yet released. Once Pre-orders are paid, they are exclusive to you, they cannot be cancelled due to a limited amount of that item. If you decide to cancel the order, cancellation is accepted however the deposit won’t be refunded. Based on extenuating circumstances of the customer, Botsmen Zone may consider returning a deposit as a gesture of goodwill, but this is not guaranteed and will be at the sole discretion of Botsmen Zone.
ETAs are subject to rough estimates of the shipping time and it’s beyond our control as we rely on manufacturers and our China based supplier to provide the stock. Please bear this in mind if you are ordering for a specific date, as we cannot guarantee it will arrive on time.
Pre-order full payment or deposit
We allow all customers to select there preferable payment options, includes deposit or full payment. Full & final payment is not required until the date of the products ready to ship out, however in incident where customers changes his mind and waiting a refund. Full refund is not options, but the payment can be used a store credit.
