On the website, there are two options:
A: If the product has a price listed, it will be set up as a “Deposit”. When paying the Deposit amount, you can choose to pay only the deposit amount, or the full amount.
B: If the product does not have a price listed, it will be set up as a “Pre-Order”. When paying the Preorder amount, you will only need to pay the required partial amount.
The shipping options will depend on your delivery location. Each option will have different delivery time frames. For example, if you live in the USA, options are DHL, Direct EMS Express, or Boat. For some countries, the only option will be DHL. The full options for shipping are covered in the Shipping page.
We do not provide a refund of money paid, but we will issue a store credit to the value of the item, less a 15% service charge if you purchased the item online. Items must also be returned within 30 days of purchase.
If you instead would like to exchange a product, the new product value must be the same or more than the product you are exchanging. No fees will be deducted from the value for exchanges.
We offer a large range of payments: Paypal, Credit Card, Klarna and Afterpay.
If you are in Australia, you can also pay by Bank Transfer and Pay ID.
When you enter the online shop, the currency setting will be on the left side of the page, at the top of the column. There are a large range of currencies from which to choose.

No, you do not need to pay any added taxes at the time of purchase.

This will depend on your country. Generally, anything under $400 USD doesn’t attract import duties. However, any item shipped to Canada by courier will have a charge added.
Each Country’s Customs has its own rules, and may charge additional duties or taxes. Any additional duties or taxes will need to be paid by you before your item is released for delivery.
Once the full payment has been received, there will be a handling period of up to 2 weeks before the item will be shipped out. This ensures your item is correctly packaged and labelled. Please be patient. Once your item is ready, your order will be updated with a tracking number.
If you would like your item urgently, please leave a message on your order during your ordering or payment.
All items posted by Direct Ems Express, DHL and Boat will have a tracking number provided, and require a signature for delivery.
Shipping will take between 1 to 7 weeks, depending on the postal service selected. This period starts from the date the item is shipped, not the date the order is placed. You will need to allow up to 2 weeks for handling before the item is shipped. Requests can be made for items to be sent urgently. Please consider shipping time before committing to a purchase.
If the item is lost, we will begin an investigation through the courier. If the item cannot be found, we will ship a replacement item to you. If the lost product is no longer available, we will offer you a refund.
Yes, if you buy more than two of the same item. When purchasing from the website, if you select more than one on the quantity drop down, a discount will automatically be calculated. Discounts will be offered on particular date or event.
